Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Where applicable, subscriptions may be canceled through the relevant product's account or billing settings.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating outputs before relying on or using them.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seekton LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

Where permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Seekton LLC for the applicable service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seekton LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your content or generated outputs
  • Your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration seated in the State of Wyoming, United States.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security, or other rights for which monetary damages would be inadequate.
